Removed department finance-code editing. Budget updates retain unsaved edits, detect simultaneous changes, and use the same shared records as requisitions and the Finance dashboard.

Added a Finance dashboard with budget gauges, department breakdowns, annual comparisons, expandable expense tables and revenue panels, based on the supplied dashboard screenshots.
Live planning figures use saved budgets and requisitions, with fiscal-year, department, account and encumbrance controls. A separate screenshot reference view shows the supplied expense and revenue figures; it is clearly marked as non-live.
Dashboard access follows budget-view permissions. Revenue and posted-ledger reporting remain unavailable until source data is connected; no payment or purchasing workflows were changed.

Added Operations → Log selection with checkboxes for all 105 files shown in the supplied log inventory. Separate versions are preserved, and six truncated filenames are flagged.
Selections are shared across signed-in users and saved in the database with the last saver and timestamp. The checklist works on tablets and computers and warns before leaving unsaved changes.
Management and roles with the new “Select Operations logs to digitize” permission can save selections. Simultaneous edits are protected against overwriting newer saves.
This page identifies which forms to digitize; fillable logs and submission history will follow once the selected source forms are provided.

Renamed the requisition action from “Finalize for printing” to “Submit to purchasing”.

Added Password accounts under Settings → People & access for Management to approve signups, create accounts, assign roles, and set or reset temporary passwords without email. Temporary passwords expire after seven days and must be changed at first password sign-in.
Added password changes and sign-out under your profile. Password resets, changes and account disabling revoke existing password sessions. Existing staff permissions, assignments and history are retained.
Kept existing OpenAI sign-in available and established shared account identities for future SSO. Added secure session cookies, password hashing, login throttling and account-administration activity records.

Inbox collects your returned work requests and requisitions with the requested information. Activity shows the latest update to each of your requests, assigned work orders and requisitions, including approvals and PO progress. New updates replace previous entries for the same item.
Read status is saved per user. Updates refresh in the background and on return to the site; opening an item loads its current details.
Schedule shows work-order due dates for you and teams you belong to or supervise, with assignment filters, month navigation and an undated assignments list.

The desktop sidebar can collapse to icons with hover labels, including expandable Database shortcuts.
Work-order Details, Work & costs and Activity have clearer card boundaries and more compact spacing. Reported information uses responsive columns, Personnel is collapsible, and photos retain their full aspect ratio in width-limited cards.
Removed the extra update composer from work orders; the normal comments thread remains. Requests returned for information retain their response option.
Hold actions with no reason now open a reason dialog. Cancellation requires a reason and confirmation through the dialog. Reasons appear in Activity; failed saves retain the entered reason.

Added Purchasing queues for department approval, Finance approval, QPA review, purchase orders, and personal requisitions. Existing requisitions can enter the new workflow without changing their numbers.
Added department approval routing and separate Department Manager, Finance Director, QPA, and Executive Director permissions, with separation-of-duties checks.
Added quote revisions and hashes, locked approval snapshots, returns and rejection, discussion, and an append-only audit trail.
